Why are some posts not web-related?

We pull in feeds from blogs that should be '70% web-related', of-course we cannot insure this. We would moderate all posts on the site, but that would require more time and man-power, which is currently not feasible. We are sorry the odd post creeps through that isn't 'web-related'.
